Nav Bhatia is an Indian-Canadian Sikh of Toronto Raptor and a car dealer. He is also a big fan of the Toronto Raptors basketball team. Bhatia owns the Missauga Hyundai firm. In 1984, Bhatia relocated to Canada because of Sikhs’ persecution in India. He experienced a difficult time while looking for employment. None of the offices went to look for employment wanted to employ him due to the turban and his beard. He visited over 300 offices and did over 300 interviews, unluckily; he never got a call with good news. He had a passion for working as a mechanical engineer, but due to scarcity of job opportunities in the mechanical field, he decided to venture into the vehicle business.
